Cerita yang berawal ketika seorang remaja SMA bernama Minami Itsuki (Ikki) dihajar habis-habisan oleh berandalan yang menggunakan Air Treck, yakni semacam sepatu roda yang bermesin. Ikki lalu penasaran dan mencoba menggunakan serta belajar memahami seluk beluk Air Treck. Ternyata Ikki memiliki bakat terpendam dalam hal ini. Dia lalu berhasil membalaskan demdamnya pada geng yang dulu menghajarnya.
